Professional wrestlers and movies have long been connected, including with Marvel films. Wrestlers like Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins have had ties with the comic book giant. It seems that a former WWE developmental talent also appeared in the latest Deadpool and Wolverine movie.

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is the third installment in the Deadpool series and stars Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, the film was released last week and has gotten universal praise and acclaim from fans and critics alike.

Former WWE developmental talent Aaron Reed, also known as Lift Sawyer from FCW, took to his Instagram and confirmed that he appeared as a variant of The Juggernaut in the new ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ film.

”Ahh Shitchya!! Get your ass to the theater and grab your popcorn. This movie is one you don’t want to miss. I’ll be viewing the movie from city to city. Starting tonight at the bell tower regal cinema Ft Myers FL. Come join, don’t be a sissy. For the poll do you want to see more of The Juggernaut? #deadpool #wolverine #juggernaut #marvel”

In addition to Reed, former WCW wrestler Tyler Mane also reprised his role as Sabretooth, a character he originally portrayed in the first X-Men movie. Nonetheless, Aaron Reed had a great time portraying a variant of Juggernaut and he performed his role perfectly.
