Charlotte Flair has been out of action ever since she sustained a knee injury on the December 8, 2023, episode of Friday Night SmackDown and subsequently underwent surgery.

The 14-time WWE Women’s Champion has shown remarkable progress in her rehabilitation, improving steadily each day since her surgery. Moreover, she herself mentioned that she has been surpassing the expected timeline for her knee rehabilitation post-surgery.

In the latest video posted on her Instagram stories, Charlotte Flair was recently spotted training inside the ring with a trainer at a WWE Performance Center. Flair can be spotted wearing her “CF” black wrestling boots and still sporting her knee brace while tossing the trainer back and forth toward the ring ropes.

Furthermore, a recent report by Sean Ross Sapp stated that Charlotte Flair tore three ligaments in her knee about eight months ago and further anticipated that she may be out for an additional two to three months.

In the meantime, Flair is starring in a horror/thriller movie titled ‘You Lose You Die,’ providing fans with something to look forward to during her absence from in-ring competition. There is significant anticipation for her return, and it remains to be seen how The Queen will be booked upon her grand comeback to regain her position at the top of the WWE Women’s division.
