Zelina Vega has received many opportunities in WWE, and she’s still going strong as a babyface in the LWO. That being said, she has her eye on one of rap music’s biggest stars to accompany her to the ring if she ever competes in a major title match.
In an interview with Hot 97, Zelina Vega was asked which rapper she would choose to lead her to the ring for a championship match. She quickly named Kendrick Lamar as her top choice.
“I’m about to blow your mind right now. The person I’m choosing isn’t just because of what I’m about to say, but because I met them back in 2014. This person was incredible to me and my brother. When we met him, he invited us to his show the next day, brought us onto his tour bus, and introduced us to the entire TDE crew. So, Kendrick Lamar.”
Zelina Vega added that Kendrick Lamar’s handling of Drake inspired her, saying, “That’s kinda what I wanna bring to the ring, so yeah.” We will have to see if WWE and Kendrick can arrange something for the LWO member.
WWE has featured many big names from the entertainment world for guest appearances. After all, Jellyroll is heading to SummerSlam. Their major events attract celebrities and musical acts, and Kendrick Lamar leading Zelina Vega to the ring would certainly draw interest beyond the wrestling community.
Kendrick Lamar has a busy schedule, and so does Zelina Vega with WWE. Only time will tell if they can collaborate for an epic entrance, but their existing relationship might help make it happen.
