UFC Fighter Paddy Pimblett Expresses Desire for WWE Appearance

Last year saw the integration of WWE and UFC into the TKO umbrella, marking a significant shift in the landscape of sports entertainment. In light of WWE and UFC’s partnership, UFC fighter Paddy Pimblett has expressed his desire to make an appearance in WWE.

Paddy Pimblett, who signed a new contract with the UFC, recently spoke with DAZN for an interview. Pimblett stated that he would like to make an appearance for WWE. He mentioned that he grew up loving WWE and named Shawn Michaels as his favorite wrestler.

Pimblett expressed a desire to perform a Sweet Chin Music in the UFC cage and noted that X-Pac was also a favorite of his when he was younger. He pointed out that WWE offers substantial pay and that his personality would fit well with their style.

Padd Pimblett even invited Triple H to reach out if he was interested in making an appearance and suggested he would be open to doing it for some cash.

”Yes, I have thought about that to be honest (appearing for WWE). I have because I used to love the WWE growing up. Shawn Michaels, The Heartbreak Kid is my favorite fighter. I’d love to Sweet Chin Music someone in the cage in the UFC. D-Generation X, when I was even younger, X-Pac was my favorite wrestler. So yeah, I would. WWE pays big money as well and you’ve got to have a character, you’ve got to have a personality and I’ve got a personality, so it would work. So yeah, Triple H, if you ever wanted to sign me up, just let me know. I’ll make an appearance for some cash.”

A UFC star was also eager to collaborate with WWE following NXT Battleground this year and even UFC fighter Derrick Lewis was in talks for potential WWE crossover. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see whether Paddy Pimblett will make his way to WWE somewhere down the line.
