R-Truth is one of the most tenured and comedic WWE superstars of all time, known for his hilarious mess-up antics on live television programming. In response to WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Truth seemingly messed up once again.
The antics with The Game were when R-Truth and his partner, The Miz, were presented with the new WWE World Tag Team Titles by Triple H after their win at WrestleMania 40. It was during that segment that R-Truth mistaken him for Tommaso Ciampa.
Earlier, while interacting with Ciampa on RAW some time ago, Truth did the same by referring to him as Triple H and Johnny Gargano as his DX partner, Shawn Michaels. On the occasion of Triple H’s 55th birthday, Truth pulled it off yet again.
The former WWE United States Champion took to his X to drop a photo of Tommaso Ciampa, captioning the post with a birthday wish meant for The Cerebral Assassin.
“Happy Birthday @TripleH🎊🎂🎈🎉🎁 I am very proud of you🙏🏾… The #CerebralAssassin.”
R-Truth and The Miz continue to be prime fixtures of the tag team division on RAW, while Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano reign as the WWE tag team Champions on SmackDown after dethroning the former title holders, A-Town Down Under, on SmackDown a few weeks prior. We will have to wait and see if Triple H sees the birthday wish and possibly clarifies Truth’s innocent mistake.
