Joe Hendry has been making waves in the wrestling scene, particularly with his recent appearances on NXT. His impact was felt strongly after his debut on NXT television, and he continued to make headlines with a surprise appearance at an NXT live event.
At NXT Heatwave, Hendry delivered shocking moment for fans, which was followed by his revelation as Trick Williams’ surprise tag team partner on the July 9th WWE NXT episode. His presence was also notable on the July 16th show, where he made a commentary appearance.
The July 23 episode of WWE NXT featured special video package that celebrated Hendry’s 11-year career in wrestling. The segment highlighted his increasing popularity and the positive responses to his recent NXT showings and theme song. The video ended with Hendry announcing he would be hosting one of his signature live in-ring concerts as part of Week 1 of NXT’s The Great American Bash.
On July 26th, Hendry further surprised fans at an NXT live event in Davenport, FL. He teamed up with Je’Von Evans and Shiloh Hill to take on Gallus, which includes Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang.
Joe Hendry had already teased making his appearance beforehand, so fans had some idea about it. Nonetheless, fans had an absolute blast seeing Joe Hendry and that is all that matters.
