NXT Superstars are always ready to defend the honor of their brand no matter what and Gallus upholds this the most. In fact, Gallus responded to the negative remarks Pat McAfee’s co-hosts made about NXT and called them out for a match.
The Pat McAfee Pack will include WWE RAW announcer Pat McAfee as a playable character in the game, along with his co-hosts from the Pat McAfee Show: AJ Hawk, Boston Conner, Darius Butler, and Ty Schmitt.
Some fans have questioned why these personalities were chosen over other WWE stars. Ty Schmitt added to the controversy by saying that fans just want “some of these other losers no one’s ever heard of” in the game. He also mentioned that he’s not bothered by the criticism of the DLC pack.
In response to what Ty Schmitt had to say and the rest of Pat McAfee’s co-hosts, Shawn Michaels stated that he would put the best four NXT stars against them any day. In light of Shawn Michaels’ challenge, Joe Coffey took to his Instagram and uploaded a video, calling out Pat McAfee’s co-hosts for their remarks about NXT and making it clear they want to face the co-hosts for a match.
”We seen your shown talking utter s**** about NXT and how no one cares about them. And Shawn Michaels put out a tweet, send your four best from NXT. We don’t need another man to fight. You come take three of us, because we have already fought all the punters walking through our door. Have a s**** weekend ya t**.”
Karmen Petrovic has also fired back at what Pat McAfee’s co-hosts had to say. Regardless, NXT Superstars are clearly worth more than what Ty Schmitt had to say, so we’ll have to see if Gallus will face them in the end.
