You never know where Hulk Hogan will show up next. He is making the rounds once again to plug his new beer, and he stopped by the Detroit Lions training camp for a little fun with the team. While he was there, Hogan was plenty hyped for his visit.
Hogan has been making headlines due to his son Nick Hogan’s DUI situation, where Hogan was spotted at the scene walking with a cane. He also made news at the Republican National Convention, where he gave a speech and called Donald Trump his “hero.”
On Thursday, Hulk Hogan was present at the Lions’ training camp. He cut a promo with his “new tag team partner,” Lions head coach Dan Campbell.
Hogan also had some stints in Hollywood, with films like No Holds Barred, Suburban Commando, Mr. Nanny, and 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain. He is now launching his new beer and was at the Detroit Lions’ training camp to promote his latest venture.
Although Hulk Hogan is a controversial name, he has been involved in some famous moments in pro wrestling history. He took the title from Randy Savage and then Bret Hart at WrestleMania 9, as well as contributing to the downfall of WCW, all before he lost to The Rock at WrestleMania 18.
The WWE and the Detroit Lions have shared a connection over the years. Last year, Sheamus attended the Lions’ training camp ahead of SummerSlam in Detroit. Recently, Aidan Hutchinson played The Miz in a celebrity golf scramble. It appears that the team and WWE have another connection after The Hulkster paid them a visit.
