Tommaso Ciampa Faces Consequences After Failing to RKO Kevin Owens

Tommaso Ciampa has been making headlines after constantly trying to hit the RKO on Randy Orton and failing every time. This time around, he tried to do the same to Kevin Owens and got caught by Owens, and would then face the consequences of his actions.

Determined to make a statement, Ciampa declared his intention to execute the RKO, with his partner Johnny Gargano recording the attempt. However, Orton easily dodged the move, causing Ciampa to stumble awkwardly to the mat.

Undeterred, the former NXT Champion tried another RKO on Orton. Miscalculating his move, he crashed onto table instead, leaving him frustrated. In another effort, Ciampa donned a disguise and attempted to RKO Orton again but ended up crashing onto a storage container. He made a fourth attempt beside a pool but it obviously didn’t end the way he wanted and even failed on the fifth try.

Johnny Gargano took to Twitter and uploaded a video of Tommaso Ciampa, who wanted to RKO Kevin Owens instead. Ciampa ran towards Owens and got caught in the act, after which Kevin Owens made it clear he couldn’t believe Ciampa tried to attack him after all Owens had been through the past couple of weeks with The Bloodline.

Kevin Owens then gave some valuable advice to Tommaso Ciampa, telling him not to scream before hitting an RKO and keeping the element of surprise. He then hit Ciampa below the belt to teach him a lesson.

We’ll have to wait and see if Tommaso Ciampa comes to realize that hitting the RKO on anyone is simply fruitless in his case and he will eventually just stop trying to do that. Until then, fans will continue to enjoy Ciampa’s unsuccessful attempts.
