Joe Hendry has garnered a strong following in the pro wrestling community, and his recent appearances on WWE NXT have highlighted his popularity. His involvement with the black and gold brand is a significant milestone for both TNA Wrestling and NXT.

Hendry made his debut on WWE NXT about a month ago, marking a surprising development in the partnership between TNA and NXT. He later teamed with Trick Williams to take on Ethan Page and Shawn Spears. On the July 16 episode of NXT, while on commentary, Hendry announced that he would be a regular presence on the show, indicating more appearances on WWE television.

On the July 23rd edition of WWE NXT, a special video package was aired with Joe Hendry outlining his 11-year-long journey in the wrestling world, skyrocketing popularity, people’s reaction to his appearances on NXT and his popular theme song.

Witnessing that the WWE Universe wanted to see more of the music sensation, Hendry announced at the end of the package that he would be hosting one of his special live in-ring concerts next week in WWE for Week 1 of NXT’s special event, The Great American Bash.
