Drew McIntyre has been on an absolute tear for the past several months and his feud with CM Punk is far from over, as they have been trading barbs and brutalizing each other for a long time now. With that said, McIntyre has called out CM Punk for his hypocrisy after Punk’s new merchandise released.

During his ongoing feud with CM Punk, Drew McIntyre has frequently talked about Punk’s contentious past, including his tumultuous stint in AEW. As their rivalry intensified, Punk revealed on the July 22nd episode of WWE Raw that he had been medically cleared to compete, paving the way for their anticipated match at WWE SummerSlam.

On July 23rd, McIntyre took to Twitter to comment on Punk’s new shirt, which featured Punk’s name. McIntyre pointed out Punk’s previous claim that he never needed to feature another wrestler’s name on merchandise to sell it, a remark he made in reference to a shirt that had Punk’s name on it. McIntyre compared Punk’s current situation to the “Hey Colt Cabana, how you doing?” line from Punk’s infamous Pipe Bomb promo and called him out for being a hypocrite.

“I ain’t ever had to put another man’s name on a shirt to sell it” Aging as well as “hey Colt Cabana how you doing?”
