AEW Star Suffered Injury During 7/20 Collision

Injuries are commonplace in the world of professional wrestling and no one can predict when they can happen. Unfortunately, it appears that an AEW star suffered an injury during the July 20th edition of Collision.

The Patriarchy, made up of Christian Cage, Killswitch, and Nick Wayne, won the AEW Trios Championships on the July 20th episode of AEW Collision by defeating the Bang Bang Gang (Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, and Juice Robinson).

In the decisive moment, Mama Wayne sprayed Juice Robinson with hairspray, allowing Christian Cage to hit his finishing the Killswitch and secure the win for his team. This victory marked The Patriarchy’s first reign as AEW Trios Champions.

According to a Wrestling Observer report, Killswitch injured his arm during the match against the Bang Bang Gang, where the Patriarchy claimed the AEW Trios Championships. The report indicates that the injury seems to be a partially torn biceps, but it’s expected that Killswitch will continue working through it.

”Killswitch (the former Luchasaurus) hurt his arm in that match, but it’s expected that he’ll work through it. The injury appears to be a partially torn biceps.”

Another AEW star suffered an injury and has been out of action. Nonetheless, fans are glad that Killswitch will still be able to work through the injury and not miss out on any in-ring time and that’s all that matters to them.
