GUNTHER Calls Entire Judgment Day Stable ‘Street Trash’ During July 22 WWE RAW

WWE RAW took place at the Resch Center in Green Bay, WI, on July 22, and the Ring General, GUNTHER, kicked off the show with a bang.

GUNTHER is more than ready to take on Damian Priest at SummerSlam in Cleveland on August 3. He will cash in his King of the Ring win to get a title match, as Nia Jax will do the same with her Queen of the Ring crown against Bayley for the WWE Women’s Title. The Ring General opened up the show this week, and he had a lot to say.

GUNTHER started out by saying that he took some time to reflect on what he said about Damian Pries last week. During the July 15 episode, the Ring General called Priest trash, and fans in Green Bay didn’t give GUNTHER any room to apologize, so he took back his apology. He called Priest “a bum” and that drew a ton of boos.

Then GUNTHER said that everyone knows that Damian Priest doesn’t live up to being WWE World Heavyweight Champion. His “cute little sob story about coming from the streets” doesn’t change the fact that he’s a “pretender and a wannabe.”

The Ring General then said that the entire Judgment Day stable is “street trash” because he told Priest to come out and just hand him the title. “Let’s get it over with, we can move on, you can go back to the trailer park, it’s all good, come on,” GUNTHER said before Priest made his way out to the ring.

Damian Priest attacked GUNTHER right away, and then officials swarmed the ring to separate them from each other. This was a chaotic scene, one that kicked off the three-hour live broadcast. These two wanted to fight each other, and the ruckus continued up the aisle and all the way to the entrance ramp.

We will have to see how SummerSlam turned out, because the biggest part of the summer is certainly heating up when it comes to the World Heavyweight Championship bout. Damian Priest has also turned babyface during this feud, as GUNTHER is obviously getting the heel reaction with his “street trash” remarks.

The brawl continued, and it got out of hand backstage. Officials had to finally separate them after the commercial break.
