Logan Paul Addresses Boxing Career Amidst Prolonged Hiatus

Logan Paul currently holds the title of United States Champion and has proven to be quite a troublemaker since entering the company, a fact not lost on his opponents. He is clearly more active as a pro wrestler and has now addressed possibly returning to the world of boxing again.

The social media stalwart has expanded his career into various entertainment fields, notably establishing himself in boxing. He has fought several high-profile opponents, including Floyd Mayweather. Making a splash at WrestleMania 38, he debuted in WWE and has since become a key figure in the company.

While speaking with Fred Talks Fighting after his brother Jake’s bout with Mike Perry on July 20, he shared his thoughts on returning to boxing. He indicated that he would only step back into the ring for a fight that genuinely sparks his interest.

The Maverick admitted that his passion for boxing isn’t what it used to be and that he feels he is performing better in wrestling, where he is enjoying considerable success as the United States Champion.

“I’ll only hop back in the ring with a fight that excites me. I don’t have that desire to. No. No, I felt like I did the Floyd thing. You know, I need to be inspired by the dance part. I got a good thing going on in the WWE, bro. I’m the United States champion, and I’m much better at wrestling than I am at boxing.”

Regardless, Paul is set to defend his United States Championship against LA Knight at SummerSlam on August 3rd, so that is clearly his main focus at the moment. Only time will tell if Paul will return to boxing again, as that might not be happening anytime soon.
