Cassie Lee was part of WWE, where she competed as Peyton Royce and even became a tag team champion there. She was on an indefinite hiatus due to giving birth to her son and the same happened after giving birth to her daughter and during her prolonged in-ring hiatus, Lee has confirmed whether her in-ring days are over or not.
Cassie Lee and Shawn Spears announced last year that they were expecting another addition to their family. They did not have to wait too long as they welcomed their second child, Harley Dean, on June 21, 2024.
Cassie Lee has not competed inside the squared circle since her match against Jessica Troy as part of World Series Wrestling’s upcoming Full Throttle tour on October 7th, making fans wonder what would be next for her during her hiatus.
Cassie Lee recently took to her Instagram story and held a Q&A session, where one fan asked if her in-ring days were over. The former WWE Superstar made it abundantly clear that she will not be retiring.
”Are your days in the ring over?
Not if I have anything to do with it.”
We will have to wait and see whether Cassie Lee will make her in-ring return this year, as she is still recovering after giving birth to her second child. After all, fans would love nothing more than to see Lee compete again as soon as possible.
