WWE Star’s Match Confirmed for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XI Event

Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport featuring Shayna Baszler marked significant crossover between WWE and the independent wrestling scene. That’s why it was no surprise Barnett announced several WWE Superstars for his upcoming Bloodsport XI event and now another WWE star’s match has been confirmed for the event.

The match card for GCW/Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XI is shaping up with a new addition: Royce Isaacs will face off against NXT’s Charlie Dempsey. This highly anticipated bout will take place on July 28th in Brooklyn, New York.

Josh Barnett took to Twitter to preview the aforementioned bout, describing it as a classic contest of mat wrestling, with both fighters expected to engage in a technical display of holds, submissions, and wrestling techniques.

Dempsey made a strong impression in his previous Bloodsport appearance, securing a victory in a challenging match against Matt Makowski. Isaacs, a regular at Bloodsport events, showcased his grappling prowess in a bout against the submission expert Minoru Suzuki.
