The Hardys both left AEW at different times, and now they are free agents. They haven’t returned to WWE yet, but they seem to have challenge on the table. Jeff and Matt Hardy have returned to TNA Wrestling, appearing without a contract, which could lead to some interesting developments down the line.

A WWE star has called out Matt and Jeff Hardy from TNA Wrestling amidst ongoing crossover appearances between the two promotions. While TNA’s Slammiversary already features NXT stars like No Quarter Catch Crew and Wes Lee, an NXT champion has now set his sights on the legendary Hardys.

Matt Hardy recently posted about his brother Jeff and their goal to chase the TNA Wrestling Tag Team Championship, saying, “Whenever my brother is medically cleared, we will be coming for the TNA Tag Titles. NOTHING WILL STOP US.” He received a nice response for this post, and one champion in NXT noticed as well.

This declaration caught the attention of NXT tag team champion Nathan Frazer, who suggested on Twitter that the Hardys could also come for the NXT titles, writing, “Those aren’t the only titles you can come for…”
