Jim Cornette Ashamed of Ex-WWE Star for Endorsing Donald Trump After Hulk Hogan Speech

Jim Cornette, a seasoned veteran in professional wrestling known for his provocative opinions, has stirred controversy with his comments about the industry. Recently, he expressed his disapproval of ex-WWE star Eugene for endorsing Donald Trump, particularly in light of Hulk Hogan’s speech at the Republican National Convention.

Hulk Hogan is a staunch supporter of Donald Trump and this goes back several years. That is why it was no surprise he made an appearance at the Republican National Convention,

During his appearance at the Republican National Convention, the WWE Hall of Famer called Donald Trump his hero and dubbed his campaign as ‘Trumpamania,’ making it clear he is fully behind Trump.

While many have ridiculed Hogan’s speech and the event overall, former WWE star Nick Dinsmore, known for his role as Eugene, had a different take. He expressed his pride in being a Hulk Hogan fan on social media, sharing a statement with a “Trumpamania” graphic that mirrored Hogan’s signature red and yellow branding.

Jim Cornette, who has long been vocal in his opposition to Trump and the Republican administration, responded strongly to Dinsmore’s support for Trump. Cornette criticized Dinsmore for endorsing what he sees as an unfit candidate and expressed his disappointment. He urged Dinsmore to forget about their past connection, stating that he would do the same. Cornette concluded his remarks by being ashamed of Dinsmore’s stance.

”Nick, “Eugene” is a gimmick. You went to school, you know what an unfit piece of filth you’re endorsing, that means you think there’s something in it for you to advocate for a despicable lying wretch. Please forget you ever knew me, I’ll do the same for you. I’m ashamed of you.”

Jim Cornette also refused to speak on Donald Trump’s assassination attempt last week. Regardless, Cornette is entitled to his opinion and will speak his mind no matter what and that will never change.
