Possible Spoiler Plans Revealed for SummerSlam Match

WWE is gearing up to host one of its major Premium Live Events, SummerSlam, on Saturday, August 3rd, at the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Ohio, with an exciting line-up planned for the show.

The match card features multiple title matches pitting stars like GUNTHER, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan, with the latest one made official for the Undisputed WWE Championship between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa.

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, one of the top matches at WWE Summerslam is currently scheduled to include a special guest referee. Dave Meltzer stated that the match would not be Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World Championship as it is speculated that Dominik Mysterio will be involved in the end.

“I don’t know which one it is, but was told it’s not [Rhea] Ripley vs. [Liv] Morgan. Most figure that match is going to end when Dominik comes out and then he’ll help someone win, whether overtly or through a screw-up and the storyline will go from there.”

Furthermore, Dave Meltzer also speculated that the guest referee spot could be for the match also rumoured to be added to the card, with Seth Rollins being the choice in the CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre match. The Best in the World was at the WWE Performance Center this week and is still expected to be cleared in time for SummerSlam.

So it will be interesting to see if, indeed, a guest referee spot is inserted into one of the matches as WWE SummerSlam is on the horizon to take over Ohio.
