Injuries are an unpredictable aspect of professional wrestling, and currently, Ludwig Kaiser is out of action due to broken ribs. Despite this setback, he has been advertised for WWE Bash in Berlin weekend, generating excitement among fans.
Ludwig Kaiser, alongside Giovanni Vinci and GUNTHER, was a key member of Imperium, a faction known for instilling fear in their opponents. Earlier this year, Vinci was expelled from the faction, and Kaiser began to establish himself as a singles competitor, delivering strong performances against stars like Sheamus.
The WWE Bash in Berlin premium live event is scheduled for Saturday, August 31, 2024, with a SmackDown show planned for the night before. Several dark matches are being promoted for the August 30 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, which will take place in front of the live audience but will not be televised.
According to German news outlet BILD, one of the dark matches for WWE SmackDown in Berlin will feature GUNTHER & Ludwig Kaiser against Ilja Dragunov & Sami Zayn. This match is expected to mark Ludwig Kaiser’s in-ring return after several weeks away due to his injury.
“There are also two revelations for the ‘SmackDown’ on August 30th in the Uber Arena in Berlin! Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser will face Sami Zayn and Ilja Dragunov, and Sheamus will step into the ring against Santos Escobar.”
GUNTHER has also confirmed the continued status of Imperium, even as Ludwig Kaiser branched out as a singles star. Fans are eagerly awaiting Kaiser’s return, as many believe he was on the cusp of greatness before his injury.
