Giulia Hints at First WWE Feud After In-Ring Return at Marigold Summer Destiny

Giulia’s debut at NXT Stand & Deliver was a surprise that marked a significant milestone in her wrestling career. She was unable to compete in NXT afterwards as she suffered a wrist injury, but now that she recently made her in-ring return, Giulia has hinted at her first WWE feud.

After dealing with the wrist injury that scrapped her WWE debut plans, Giulia made her triumphant to action at the recent Marigold Summer Destiny event in a losing effort against former WWE Superstar Sareee.

Giulia would then announce today that she will be returning to Marigold after recovering from a cold, making it clear she will not be starting his WWE career just yet, keeping fans waiting.

While speaking in an interview with Ameba following the event, Giulia remarked that she anticipates facing IYO SKY as an opponent in their next encounter. She emphasized that comparisons between herself and IYO SKY should not be solely based on their match at Ryogoku, suggesting that their future meetings will likely see them competing against each other.

“I don’t want people to compare IYO and me just based on the Ryogoku match. The next time I see IYO SKY, I think it will be on the opposite side of the ring.”

IYO SKY emerged victorious against Utami Hayashishita at Marigold Summer Destiny as well. Regardless, we will have to wait and see whether Giulia and IYO SKY will end up feuding against each other on WWE television eventually, as fans would more than love to see the Japanese Superstars face off.
