Zelina Vega Pens Down Heartfelt Note for Major Opportunity Despite Criticism

Zelina Vega is credited with being one of the hardest workers in WWE, with all the tools to succeed as a top star in the business. But in recent months, despite having the run of her life with her lifelong idol, Rey Mysterio, Vega has only achieved moderate success.

First, it was missing out on winning her second Queen of the Ring tournament due to an injury she recovered from, and then it was her recent failure to slither the WWE Women’s World Championship from Liv Morgan on RAW a few weeks ago.

On the July 15 edition of RAW, she was viciously attacked by Shayna Baszler during her match with Sonya Deville, which led to her suffering another injury, and hinted at accepting her shortcomings as a WWE superstar.

La Muneca took to her X to pen down a heart-felt note following the events of RAW. Zelina first revealed people criticised her short height, which she had been hearing over time. But she believed that she could succeed despite that and wanted nothing but a major opportunity to settle this conversation once and for all.

“All my life, I’ve heard that my height holds me back. Today is no different. But there’s just so much you can prove here and there. I’ve gotten to touch the ball but never actually hold it. Give. me. the. ball. If I drop it F**K me, I’ll fall back..but I’m ready to settle this.”

With Zelina Vega’s heartfelt message, it seems that she is ready to bet everything for a shot at rising as a top attraction in WWE. We will have to wait and see if the Triple H regime does indeed decide to give her the ball, citing her incredible hard work and talent as an in-ring performer.
