The Ultimate X Match has been a staple of TNA Wrestling for a long time. Now, fans are about to see that innovative gimmick match go down in a very unusual place, and not by the usual company holding such a contest.
Destination 6 Pro Wrestling is set to break new ground, both literally and figuratively, as it joins the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce. To mark this milestone, the promotion will host an Ultimate X match inside a 200-year-old former church, blending the sacred with the spectacular in a way that has captivated fans and sparked widespread curiosity.
Destination 6 Pro Wrestling has recently joined the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce. This move will culminate in an event held in the historic church. Cece Impact spoke to WGEM, where this event was lauded as fabulous.
“From our first show till now, it’s been fabulous. It has been really great. We get so many people just in awe of coming in to a church that they grew up in, or just basically a church.”
Wrestling inside a church is an unusual setting, but it has captured the curiosity of many fans. The success of this event could pave the way for more unconventional venues in the future.
