AEW fans can expect the return of one of the company’s key figures, Sammy Guevara, who has been absent since his suspension following an incident with Jeff Hardy. Guevara is now preparing for his comeback.

Sammy Guevara, a former AEW TNT Champion, has been out of action since February due to a protocol issue stemming from his match with Jeff Hardy. While Hardy left the company over a month ago, discussions about Guevara’s return have recently surfaced.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reports that Guevara’s return to television has been a topic of discussion in recent weeks. It’s important to note that Guevara has not been under suspension for the past couple of months; he simply hasn’t appeared on TV.

Guevara’s last match was a highly praised No DQ match against Powerhouse Hobbs, which took place the week after his match with Hardy. Although he won’t be able to face Hardy again, as both Hardy brothers have moved on to TNA Wrestling without signing contracts yet, Guevara is expected to reappear on AEW programming soon.
