WWE Urged to ‘Put The Rocket’ on Jey Uso

Jey Uso has been on an absolute tear as a babyface on Monday Night RAW over the past few months and he is more over than ever before. That’s why it appears WWWE has been urged to put the rocket on him.

Jey Uso, part of the highly successful tag team The Usos, has recently been gaining attention as a singles competitor on WWE Raw. Despite his strong performances, he has yet to secure a singles title. He recently competed in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match but did not win. However, he remains a key figure on Monday Night RAW.

While speaking on The Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T responded to fan questions and talked about Jey Uso’s potential to win his first singles title. He expressed confidence that Jey’s current popularity and momentum make it likely that he will become a world champion soon. Booker T emphasized that Jey’s current heat with the fans makes it essential to capitalize on his popularity by giving him a title opportunity.

“Of course, it’s gotta happen. They’re like one of the most decorated tag team champions of all time. I told those guys that was going to happen. Jey right now is super duper hot, so you gotta put the rocket on him sooner or later. Jey is a guy that definitely could be the world champion one day, the way the people are looking at him right now, so I think to capitalize off of that, you have to put the title on him sooner or later because he’s uber hot right now.”

Even Rikishi believes WWE should put a championship on Jey Uso and was frustrated he didn’t win the Money in the Bank match. Jey Uso still remains as over as ever on Monday Night RAW but fans do wonder when WWE will pull the trigger on him and finally make him a singles champion in WWE or perhaps a World Champion.
