Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin, known for their impressive work in TNA as the Motor City Machine Guns, are likely heading to new ventures. With their veteran experience, they could add significant value to any roster, and both WWE and AEW are potential destinations.

Previously, it was reported that the Motor City Machine Guns wrestled each other in an indie show, which was believed to be their final appearance before joining WWE or AEW. However, this isn’t the case.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer commented on their status in the pro wrestling world. While they are very likely to join either WWE or AEW soon, they still have at least one more indie date to fulfill.

“Well, they’re going somewhere, they’re going to AEW or WWE, probably pretty soon. That was supposed to be their last match in Portland, where they had a singles match against each other, but they’re booked for a show in August against Evil Uno and Stu Grayson, so that wasn’t their last indie show, but presumably they’re going somewhere soon.”
