Scott Steiner addressed the topic of steroids during an episode of A&E Biography: WWE Legends, stating that he has never failed a drug test. He encouraged viewers to interpret that information as they wished.

Steiner explained that his transition from the Steiner Brothers to Big Poppa Pump involved getting into the best possible shape through a strict diet. He noted that becoming leaner naturally makes a person look bigger.

”You can make all the accusations you want. I’ve never failed a drug test. Take that information and do what you want with it. When I made the transition from Steiner Brothers to Big Poppa Pump, I wanted to get in the best shape I possibly could. A lot of strict diet. Once you are leaner, you’re naturally going to look bigger.”

Scott Steiner also didn’t take a drug test in WCW. Nevertheless, Scott Steiner will forever deny allegations of using steroids and that will not be changing anytime soon and that’s all that matters to him.
