GUNTHER Makes Highly Personal Remarks Right in Damian Priest’s Face on 7/15 WWE RAW

The intense showdown between Damian Priest and GUNTHER is set to go down at the upcoming WWE SummerSlam PLE, with Priest’s World Heavyweight Title hanging in the balance at the show.

GUNTHER won the right to challenge Priest following his triumph in the King of the Ring tournament, and on the July 15 edition of Monday Night RAW, the two titans finally came face-to-face with each other ahead of the title match.

Before his match against Braun Strowman, Damian Preist called him out for their scheduled confrontation. GUNTHER came out and openly declared that Priest had not been living up to his potential as the champion and offered to ask Priest to hand him the title to save the embarrassment.

Damian Priest refused and claimed that GUNTHER would be the last person to take the title from him. The Ring General made it personal by bringing Priest’s family into the mix after he outlined his journey from living on the streets to making it to the top of WWE.

However, Priest was not ready to back down from GUNTHER despite his highly personal remarks, and vowed to remain World Heavyweight Champion as the two almost came to blows before Braun Strowman arrived for his match against Damian Priest.
