AEW is making big plans for their future despite seemingly dwindling interest from fans, as shown by their declining ratings. Tony Khan is very confident about his company’s future with their upcoming WBD television deal. As Khan believes that 2024 will be AEW’s best so far, the company is set to bring a major event to the Dallas area.

Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reports more details about All Elite Wrestling’s agreement with the Dallas/Arlington/Ft. Worth area. He spoke with several insiders about the factors that led to Ring of Honor and AEW Collision establishing a residency there. However, this isn’t the only event planned for the area.

Multiple sources familiar with the situation revealed that All Elite Wrestling is planning a major event in the Dallas/Arlington area for 2025. Sources hinted that it could be a stadium show, potentially on par with “AEW’s biggest event.” If all goes well, officials in the area could announce the show by the end of the year.

Efforts to confirm the event’s name were unsuccessful. We will have to see what they book for the Dallas area, but AEW fans in Texas may have a lot to look forward to.
