Cody Rhodes Comes Face-to-Face with Rubber Chicken Again During WWE Live Event

Cody Rhodes is the Undisputed WWE Champion and is currently the face of WWE, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have to deal with some recurring problems in his career. In fact, a rubber chicken came to haunt him again during a recent WWE live event.

Many people have made memes about Cody Rhodes over the years but the most popular one related to The American Nightmare is undoubtedly the rubber chicken. Following his loss at WrestleMania 39, Cody Rhodes was seen lying next to rubber chicken and it instantly became a huge meme.

During the latest WWE live event in Mexico City on July 13th, Cody Rhodes faced off against Santos Escobar in an I Quit match for the Undisputed WWE Championship and he obviously won the match.

To the surprise of many fans in attendance, Cody Rhodes was seen lying in the ring and he grabbed a rubber chicken and looked at it like he had seen a ghost from his past, obviously remembering his WrestleMania 39 incident.

In the meantime, Cody Rhodes is set to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa at SummerSlam next month, so we will have to wait and see how WWE will book the feud till then.
