Roman Reigns has been notably absent from WWE television since his loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. However, it appears his return might be taking place sooner than expected.
During Reigns’ absence, Solo Sikoa has assumed leadership of The Bloodline, with Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa also aligning themselves with the faction. Jacob Fatu would join the fold as well and they would all kick out Paul Heyman by brutally dismantling him on Friday Night SmackDown.
According to PWInsider, Roman Reigns is anticipated to make his return by SummerSlam. It was mentioned that there were plans for him to come back 2-3 weeks before SummerSlam, which aligns with the current timeline.
”As we mentioned on the No Name Show earlier this week, Roman Reigns is expected back by SummerSlam. AS I noted on Wednesday, at one point the plan was for him to return 2-3 weeks before SummerSlam, which is about to be now.’
Cody Rhodes is set to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa at SummerSlam next month, so we’ll have to wait and see whether Roman Reigns will end up returning before that, as fans can’t wait for the Head of The Table to make his triumphant return.
