WWE swung through Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, and fans loved seeing the Superstars. Sadly, two Superstars with deep connections to that location couldn’t make the event.

Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that Angel and Berto are not on this weekend’s shows in their hometown. The reasoning was that the cards were already packed because they’re “super-shows.” The duo wanted to be on them.

Angel and Berto were listed internally as their names, instead of Legado. These seem to be far looser than the very strict listings that used to exist. That is an interesting note to consider, especially seeing how their on-screen persona did alter.

We will have to see what the two are able to do in WWE. They both have a bunch of talent, and some would argue a mountain of untapped potential. Only time will tell if the two are able to find a championship run of some kind, as a duo, or on their own in some respect.
