Fresh Matches Confirmed for 7/15 WWE RAW

WWE is preparing for a live episode of RAW on July 15th and obviously there is a ton of hype for the show. In fact, WWE has now confirmed a huge title match for the upcoming episode of RAW and another match as well.

The July 15, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw will be aired live from the Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. The show will air at 8 PM ET on the USA Network and fans can expect a lot of solid action.

Ilja Dragunov is set to face Sami Zayn for the title on the July 15 episode of RAW. The match was confirmed on Saturday on Twitter through video featuring Raw General Manager Adam Pearce.

At the recent Money in the Bank event, Zayn successfully defended his Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, an internal WWE plan suggests a Zayn vs. Breakker rematch for SummerSlam next month. However, Meltzer also noted that Dragunov might be included in the match, turning it into a triple threat due to his involvement in the Zayn/Breakker storyline.

On the latest episode of Raw, Dragunov intervened when Breakker assaulted Zayn. Later that night, after Dragunov’s match against Breakker ended in disqualification, Zayn attempted to assist Dragunov, only for Breakker to lay out both men. Therefore, we’ll have to see how Dragunov will fare against Sami Zayn in the end.
