Stephanie Vaquer has been the name everyone has been talking about because she signed with WWE after an incredible showing at AEW’s Forbidden Door. Unsurprisingly, she pulled out of an indie event after joining WWE.

CMLL announced that Stephanie Vaquer officially left the promotion and NJPW. Vaquer chose to relinquish both the CMLL Women’s Tag Team Championship and the CMLL Women’s Championship, citing personal reasons that also prevented her from competing in FantasticaMania.

Stephanie Vaquer wasted little time in signing a contract with WWE, which was done within the last week. Even Shawn Michaels reacted to Vaquer’s signing and welcomed her aboard.

Revolution Pro took to Twitter and officially announced that Stephanie Vaquer pulled out from her August tour, which was heavily advertised for a long time. The promotion offered apologies for the same and is now focusing on getting a proper replacement.

”Stephanie Vaquer has withdrawn from her August tour with us. Apologies for the late notice, we received news shortly before the story broke whilst dealing with a personal matter. We will be working with our partners towards getting a suitable replacement.”

We have also reported that Stephanie Vaquer upset both CMLL and NJPW by signing with WWE before fulfilling her obligations. Regardless, we’ll have to see how well Vaquer will adjust to WWE in general, as it is now her new home.
