AEW recently teased the debut of a new masked wrestler in a vignette that aired on the latest episode of AEW Collision. The holo.grm vignette sparked a lot of speculation among fans.

Bodyslam.net reports that sources have confirmed the identity of the masked man, referred to as “Hologram,” as former AAA star Aramis. He will debut under a new persona, as the deal was finalized after AAA was unable to re-sign him.

The outlet did not provide details on the plans or debut date for his new “hacker” gimmick. Regardless, this could be an interesting addition to the AEW roster.

Tony Khan previously assured fans that he is not behind the holo.grm vignettes. Now that the identity has been revealed, the mystery is solved. We will see how it unfolds on television.
