Damon Kemp recently announced his departure from WWE in a moment that completely blindsided fans. That’s why it came as no surprise he was written off NXT television this week and he has now reacted to the same.

After debuting in NXT later that year as part of Diamond Mine, Damon Kemp eventually turned heel and left the faction, later aligning with the No Quarter Catch Crew. If you forgot, his last match in WWE was on the June 25 edition of NXT.

During the July 9th edition of NXT, the No Quarter Catch Crew’s remaining members—Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne, and recent addition Tavion Heights—were seen near a car trunk. Dempsey angrily slammed the trunk shut, emphasizing their motto “Mistakes won’t be tolerated!” as he shoved someone, implied to be Damon Kemp, into the trunk ahead of his contract expiring.

After witness Wren Sinclair claimed she didn’t see anything, the crew hastily drove off, seemingly taking Kemp away from WWE TV for the last time. Kemp later took to Twitter to react to the segment, as he joked that Myles Borne turned up the AC in the car.

”It’s alright, Myles turnt the AC up for me 😂”

We have also reported WWE’s internal reaction to Damon Kemp’s exit from the company, as most were surprised. Regardless, we will have to wait and see what’s next in store for Kemp once he finally exits WWE for good.
