Tyler Bate recently took to Instagram to update fans on his condition following an injury sustained during the July 2nd episode of NXT. Bate revealed that he tore his left pectoral major and tendon off the bone during the match.

Bate shared that he has undergone successful surgery to repair the injury. In his Instagram post, he wrote:

“Tore my left pectoral major & tendon off the bone last week at NXT. Surgery yesterday was successful and all has been put back where it belongs. I’ll be gone for some time while I recover, try not to miss me too much. I’m in good spirits and looking forward to seeing you all again soon. Lots of love.”

The injury occurred during a match where Bate teamed with Pete Dunne to defeat Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. WWE announced Bate’s injury on the July 8th episode of WWE Raw.
