Giulia’s debut at NXT Stand & Deliver was a surprise that marked a significant milestone in her wrestling career. She then suffered a wrist injury and it ruined any chances of her making her NXT in-ring debut at Heatwave. However, it appears she has been cleared for compete again for the upcoming Marigold event.

Giulia underwent surgery for her wrist injury and a few days afterwards, she ended up getting discharged from the hospital. Since then, she has been healing up and is well on the road to recovery.

Marigold Summer Destiny is set for July 13, 2024, and a highly anticipated match had been announced for Giulia, marking her in-ring return. In the double main event, Giulia will face Sareee, while WWE’s Iyo Sky will take on Utami Hayashishita.

Giulia then revealed last week that she would undergo one final round of testing to determine whether she will be cleared for an in-ring return for Summer Destiny. According to Tokyo Sports, Giulia has been cleared to participate in the upcoming tournament at the Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo on the 13th.

Rossy Ogawa, the 67-year-old representative of the organization, announced in an early interview on the 10th that the doctor has officially given the green light for Julia to compete against Saree as scheduled.

“We have received the official OK from the doctor, so the bout with Saree will go ahead as scheduled.”

Rossy Ogawa expressed his happiness about Giulia’s rapid recovery, noting the remarkable nature of her return just three days before the competition.

“Everything is now set, so now all that’s left is for the day to come.”

This is certainly fantastic news for fans of Giulia since she will now be able to compete at Summer Destiny on July 13th, as fans are looking forward to seeing her and Sareee tear it up inside the squared circle again.
