Cora Jade is showing off her resilience by confronting her latest challenge head-on. Following an ACL injury that took her off WWE television, she has been focusing on her recovery. While still not back on WWE television, Jade was recently seen lifting heavy weights, including barbell squats, as she works hard to regain her strength.

In January, Cora Jade suffered a torn ACL at a WWE NXT live event, raising concerns among fans about a potentially lengthy absence. Following the injury, she underwent surgery and began her recovery process.

The NXT star took to her Twitter and uploaded a video of herself performing heavy barbell squats, notably 155lbs for six repetitions, six months after her ACL surgery. She proved that she is making solid progress in her recovery.

”155lbs x6, 6 months post torn ACL, MCL & meniscus 🦿(working on getting the depth back I don’t wanna hear it)”

During the NXT live event in Fort Pierce back in May, Cora Jade stunned fans by making an appearance and she even called out Roxanne Perez for a title match in the future, building hype for an eventual match between the two. Therefore, we will have to wait and see when she will be able to make her in-ring return and lay claim to the NXT Women’s Championship.
