Carmelo Hayes Brags About Getting Free Food for Pinning Randy Orton

Carmelo Hayes concluded his tenure in NXT after defeat to Trick Williams and was subsequently drafted to SmackDown on the opening night of the 2024 WWE Draft. He secured a significant victory by qualifying for the Money In The Bank ladder match by pinning Randy Orton and has now bragged about getting free food for that reason.

During the June 21st edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Randy Orton, Tama Tonga, and Carmelo Hayes competed in a high-stakes match to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match.

Following a fiercely contested bout, Carmelo Hayes surprised everyone by rolling up Randy Orton for the pinfall victory, thereby securing his spot in the prestigious ladder match set to take place in Toronto, Canada.

Carmelo Hayes took to Twitter and bragged about the fact that he got free food at the airport for pinning Randy Orton to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match.

”Just got free food at the airport. Bro said “It’s free, you pinned Randy Orton. You’re Him.” This the type of energy I need in every city from now on 😂😂”

We will have to wait and see whether Carmelo Hayes will end up becoming Mr. Money In The Bank and also the new ‘Legend Killer’ as fans are excited to see what he can accomplish at the event.
