Ricky Starks Fires Back at Fan’s Accusation of Attention-Seeking During AEW Hiatus

Ricky Starks has been a key player in AEW since 2020, but he’s been conspicuously absent from television since late March. With that said, he shut down a fan who accused him of beginning for attention during his absence.

On the March 30 episode of AEW Collision, Ricky Starks appeared to sustain an injury during a tag team title tournament match where he and Big Bill faced off against Top Flight. This match ended up being his last appearance on AEW television, and he has been absent since then for reasons that remain unclear.

Ricky Starks recently took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself as part of a recent photoshoot. This prompted a fan to react to the photo, as the fan accused Ricky Starks of begging for attention instead of telling people to talk about AEW Dynamite.

‘Don’t talk about the excellent Dynamite. talk about me. Attention w****.”

Ricky Starks clearly saw what the fan had to say as he kept his response short and sweet as he told the fan to simply shut up.

”Shut the f*** up”

Ricky Starks also admitted he is uncertain about his future in AEW during his absence on television. Regardless, only time will tell when Starks will appear on AEW television again, as fans certainly miss him.
