The world lost Bray Wyatt last year, and the tributes have not stopped pouring in. Even now on WWE television, the Wyatt Sicks faction continues to carry on his legacy. His fiancée, JoJo Offerman, is still making appearances, and there is a significant reason for her doing so.
Speaking on Going Ringside, JoJo explained that she continues to do pro wrestling appearances because it helps others cope and provides fans a chance to support her if they choose.
“Honestly, the biggest reason I do appearances is to be able to let people know that they can come and show their support in person if they want to. I think seeing me has helped a lot of people cope.”
In what would become Bray Wyatt’s only televised match during his return, he defeated LA Knight in January 2023. Then, while he was in the middle of a WrestleMania program with Bobby Lashley, he took a medical hiatus in February due to a COVID-19 infection that worsened a pre-existing heart condition and died of a heart attack in August at the age of 36.
WWE has taken care of Bray Wyatt’s family since his passing. He is under a Legends deal, and all proceeds from his merchandise go to JoJo Offerman and their family. Our thoughts remain with their family as they carry on in Bray Wyatt’s memory.
It remains to be seen how the Wyatt Sicks faction will evolve. The unpredictability of WWE ensures that anything can happen, but it is safe to say that Triple H will do whatever he can to ensure the Wyatt Sicks faction lives up to Bray’s incredible legacy.
