Video Captures Jim Jones Falling at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door Event

The AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view was truly a night of memorable moments and incredible matches, with celebrities such as Jim Jones being at the show as well. With that said, footage has now surfaced of Jones slipping off the barricade at the show.

At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, Jim Jones made a surprise appearance to introduce Swerve Strickland ahead of his AEW World Title match against Will Ospreay. Known for his distinctive style and charisma, Jones declared, “I swerve when I drive” and reminded fans of his famous line, “we fly high, no lie, you know this.” His cameo added an extra layer of excitement and flair to the main event.

Jim Jones’ presence proved impactful for Swerve Strickland, who delivered a spectacular match against Will Ospreay for the AEW World Championship. Ultimately, Strickland emerged victorious in what was definitely an excellent bout.

However, as revealed by footage making rounds online, Jim Jones took a tumble while he was trying to jump the barricade during Swerve Strickland’s entrance and get to his seat, as he fell on the seats. Thankfully, he didn’t get hurt in the process and enjoyed the rest of the show.

Swerve Strickland also revealed how Jim Jones’ AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door appearance came together. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see if Jones will ever make another appearance on AEW television again.
