Sheamus made his return to the ring on RAW back in April and has competed in some incredibly physical matches since then. He also failed to quality for the Money In The Bank ladder match this week on RAW and appeared upset after his loss.

The main event of the July 1st edition of Monday Night RAW featured an exciting Triple Threat match involving Drew McIntyre, Ilja Dragunov, and Sheamus. Originally slated for Ludwig Kaiser, who suffered an injury last week, Dragunov stepped in as capable replacement. Ultimately, WWE legend and future Hall of Famer Sheamus was pinned by The Scottish Warrior McIntyre.

After the match, Drew McIntyre walked away confidently, leaving Sheamus visibly disappointed. Sheamus’s music played as he received a warm reception from the fans, showing him immense respect despite the loss. He remains a crowd favorite, although he’s arguably past his prime and less likely to feature in major matches.

We will have to wait and see what’s next in store for The Celtic Warrior as fans feel Sheamus deserves better than to lose all of his matches every single week now. Only time will tell whether his fortunes will change in the end.
