Drew McIntyre has been on an absolute tear for the past several months as he is still on the hunt to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Following the events of RAW this week, Drew McIntyre declared himself as the real ‘Best In The World.”

On the June 21 episode of WWE SmackDown, Drew McIntyre brutally attacked CM Punk, resulting in Punk being taken out on a stretcher. After this assault, McIntyre shifted his focus back to winning the world title and putting Punk in the rearview mirror.

In the triple threat match scheduled for the July 1st edition of Monday Night RAW, main event stars Sheamus and Drew McIntyre, along with former NXT standout Ilja Dragunov, battled in high-stakes showdown. In the final moments of the bout, McIntyre and Sheamus exchanged blows until The Scottish Warrior delivered a thunderous Claymore kick to secure the victory. With this win, McIntyre earned a spot alongside Jey Uso, Andrade El Idolo, Carmelo Hayes, Chad Gable, and LA Knight in the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

After the match, Drew McIntyre took to Twitter to post a clip of himself walking up the ramp. In the video, McIntyre took a shot at Punk, declaring himself the “real best in the world.”
