The AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view was truly a night of memorable moments and incredible in-ring action from start to finish. That’s why it comes as no surprise that another former WWE name was spotted backstage at the show as well.

As reported earlier, Matt Camp, who served WWE for several years as the host of The Bump and various other content, was confirmed to have been released back in February this year.

We had previously reported that former WWE Superstar Dijak was present backstage at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view but he ultimately did not make an appearance on the show at all.

According to PWInsider, it was reported that Matt Camp was also present backstage at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view, which might not have been a big surprise for fans as well.

Matt Camp also recently revealed why WWE released him in the first place. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see whether Matt Camp will end up working in AEW in some capacity somewhere down the line.
