Joe Hendry Sees Showdown with John Cena a Possibility

Several stars in TNA have gained a lot of momentum in the industry, including Joe Hendry. His rise has been so impactful that almost everyone in the business has started believing in him. Hendry himself has expressed belief that a match with John Cena is a possibility.

On the June 18th episode of NXT, the opening lines of “I Believe in Joe Hendry” echoed through the arena to a thunderous ovation from the live crowd as Joe Hendry made his entrance on NXT. With a growing fanbase eager to see more of Hendry on WWE TV, the former Digital Media Champion declared his readiness to appear on any show, firmly believing that “anything is possible.”

In a conversation with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Hendry highlighted Jordynne Grace’s past appearances and made it clear that he refuses to accept that a match against John Cena is completely out of reach, adding that it’s not impossible.

‘”Jordynne Grace was in the Royal Rumble. I’m inspired by that, when I see that nothing is off the table. Are you going to tell me that it’s impossible, for me to face John Cena? You can’t tell me it’s impossible, because there would have been people that told me that last week was impossible.”

In the meantime, Jeff Hardy also made it clear he is a believer in Joe Hendry. Regardless, only time will tell if Joe Hendry and John Cena will ever cross paths, as that would make for a very interesting matchup.
