Drew McIntyre Accuses CM Punk of Going Into Business for Himself in New Video

CM Punk had quite a time in Chicago until Drew McIntyre spoiled his fun. Punk thought Drew had quit WWE during the previous episode of RAW, making McIntyre’s backstage ambush more effective. Days later, McIntyre is still angry at Punk.

In a new video that he recorded while working out at home, Drew McIntyre said there will be a violent reaction to every action, and he plans to keep that promise. He also questioned why a “dumb f*ck like CM Punk” would go into business for himself at Clash at the Castle, costing him the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in Glasgow.

At the end of the video, McIntyre showed off a bracelet he took from CM Punk. The bracelet says “AJ and Larry,” referring to Punk’s wife, AJ Mendez (formerly AJ Lee), and his dog, Larry.

It’s unclear if WWE fans will see AJ Lee or Larry appear in this feud, but McIntyre’s personal attacks on Punk are significant.

We’ll see how this develops. CM Punk took a severe beating from the backstage attack but has recovered from similar situations before. A collision between the two is inevitable, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see it happen at SummerSlam.
