The Rock is credited to be one of the most famous and well-accomplished celebrities in the world. Following his successful WWE run on the road to WrestleMania 40 despite revealing to feel a lot of pressure, he returned to the world of film and acting.

The Final Boss was amidst the production of his new film, ‘The Smashing Machine,’ based on the life of MMA Fighter Marc Kerr. Despite suffering an injury, he overcame it in no time and was back in the gym to resume training for the film.

Amidst the production, The Rock took to his X and dropped the trailer of one of his other upcoming films, ‘The Red One.’ It is a Christmas action-adventure comedy film directed by Jake Kasdan, written by Chris Morgan and produced by Seven Bucks Productions.

The Rock stars as the lead character, ‘Callum Drift’ alongside an ensemble cast of Hollywood greats like Chris Evans, Kiernan Shipka, Lucy Liu, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, J. K. Simmons, Nick Kroll and Kristofer Hivju, to name a few. The film is set to be released by Amazon MGM Studios in the United States on November 15, 2024.
