WWE is an ever-changing company and there are lots of people who eventually part ways with the company for one reason or the other. That’s what happened recently as the Executive Vice President of WWE Television left the company and now the reason for that has been revealed.
As previously reported, Executive Vice President of WWE Television Chris Kaiser has parted ways with the company. The veteran employee was with WWE since 2015 and saw himself get promoted to the Executive Vice President role in 2021, but his departure came as a shocker for many.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer addressed Chris Kaiser’s exit from WWE and revealed the reason for his departure. Meltzer noted that WWE is eliminating the Executive Vice President of WWE Television post entirely as someone else is doing the job from the side.
”They are eliminating the post. They have somebody else doing that job that was hired from the side, most likely. But it’s an elimination from the position and that is it.”
Kaiser’s departure comes on the heels of former SmackDown Head Writer Ryan Callahan’s exit. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for Chris Kaiser as there are a lot of things he can accomplish with his expertise.
